Attention: Parents, Grandparents & Family Daycare Educators!

Are you looking for something fun, yet educationally beneficial to do with your children each week during school term-time?

Then you will love:

Term 1 2024

How does Branch Into Music @ HOME work?

  • Join us weekly for a 20 to 30-minute online early childhood music class, full of singing, dancing and playing musical instruments. You can either tune-in live on Tuesdays at 10:30am AEDT (Melbourne / Sydney time) or watch the replay with your children. It doesn't matter which way you show up - the outcomes will be the same.
  • Every Monday during term-time, you will receive an email with the plan for the session and any props or DIY instruments you will need to bring along. This information also lives alongside the replay video in our online portal.
  • Click here to access your FREE Trial Class (available until 5pm AEDT Monday 12 February 2024).

Why should I be playing musically with my 0 to 5 year-old children?

Making music makes us happy!

Happy children thrive - they are more likely to engage in learning and develop secure relationships.

Music is like "food for the growing brain".

It helps children's social-emotional, physical, cognitive and language development.

It's time to re-ignite your musical mojo!

With new songs and musical activities, so you can make more meaningful music with your little people.

Who is running the program?

Hi, I'm Anne Belcher from Branch Into Music. I help parents and carers of 0 to 5-year old children to harness the power of music to connect with and bring joy to their children, promote healthy brain development and encourage emotional intelligence.

Through my carefully crafted programs I aim to build parents' and carers' confidence and expand their repertoire and resources.

In addition to my work online, I run my own teaching studio in Ballarat, Victoria. I have run music programs in schools and early childhood services for over twenty years, and regularly present workshops for educators on behalf of the Early Learning Association of Australia (ELAA), Early Childhood Australia (ECA) and Community Early Learning Australia (CELA). I also teach early childhood music and movement to preservice teachers at Federation University.

What are other people saying?

“Anne is a natural teacher and the outstanding quality of her curriculum and teaching is captured in this online program ... The content is joyful and my son is engaged and happy while learning.”

Catherine, mother of one (aged 3 years)

“My Grandson thoroughly enjoys his online sessions with Anne. I am amazed at how quickly he has picked up the ability to keep a rhythm (to say nothing of his dancing - just delightful). It really is quite magical to see how he has progressed in just a few sessions. Anne’s passion and her ability to communicate has him hooked."

Gillian, grandmother of many (including a 2-year-old)

"Anne's online music lessons have my two sons singing, moving and laughing every time! Her warm and engaging nature and ability to make the content fun and relevant, provides a wonderful learning experience.”

Donna, mother of two (aged 2 and 5)
